Cheers Roger - no problem mate. Know you are busy. Appreciate you mentioning though. Thursday no problem either; I will assume meeting you there. If you get there late-ish, we can still chat about basics, logistics, etc. - keeping it underdiscussed is, I think, an interesting idea, anyway. I have no fear that it will be fine; but do feel, as you do, that we need some kind of basic limiting device, to avoid the too-common cacophony of improv. Pairing off is one idea. Timed turns is another. I'd like to add, no rockist posturing, as another: ie. no guitaristics, no soloing as such; though I might noodle a bit, I won't be doing Dave Gilmour impressions! Keep it textural, hestitate, too. No dance/trace beats with ambience. Keep it spacey. I'm easy though; so long as we all mean it and concentrate, we'll be fine. Same old story really. Shane's show is one thing; but, at some point, I'd like to discuss what we fancy doing beyond that - with the people involved, currently you, me, Paul, and Lee. There is, of course, Club Sporadic 25th March, booked. I've told Rod who is involved. But it is up to us. We have an hour. Shane's show will be a good taster for that. Won't keep you. Hope work eases soon. See you Thursday.Best wishes, Anthony----- Original Message ----- From: <*@>To: "Anthony Donovan" <a.donovan7@ntlworld.com>Sent: Tuesday, January 31, 2006 9:30 PM Subject: Re: discussion - date, time> Antony, *********** ****** ***** ******* I am going to have to get to pub late on > thurs, and prob come strait from work, so can't give u lift.
