Beautiful use of a Spectrum of colour here. I love to see Spectrums...they always have some kind of Proustian moment feeling going on for me. Perhaps it reminds me of fairgrounds...those multi-coloured balls you used to get on a string. I always get a thrill when I see Spectrums of colour. Takes me back to childhood moments of excitement I suppose.

...spectrum at school, in Physics. I get similar Proustian moments seeing rainbows. I saw a double one, incredibly vivid, all bands showing, and massive, whilst standing at a bustop in St. Helens, near my parents' old house, in the 1980s! No-one but me was looking at it. In the end, I pointed it out to the three or four people there. They all looked at me like I was an idiot! The bus arrived, and that was that.
